Tom was an All-American hockey player and was the best in Pittsburg. He had major dreams of going to the NHL one day but now he was only 17 and could only work on perfecting his craft. He cam up through the ranks as a young boy being the best on any rink he stepped foot on. He once had a teammate whose name was Jared, who he had done wrong to unintentionally, but Jared never seemed to forgive him.   They came up through the ranks together all the way to their senior year where both of them ended up being drafted by the Pittsburg Penguins. They were both climbing up the ranks on the team and found themselves to be two of the best on the team, let alone in the NHL. Time came and the captain of the Pittsburg Penguins at the time retired. The coach had two guys in mind to take his place, Tom and Jared. For Reading Notes B I am continuing   with the book called DivineArcher by F.J Gould . The Section of this book in part B that drew my Attention this week was the section labeled Sita’s departure. I found it interesting because I believe it will be good to make an original story from. While easily changing characters and setting but keeping the same plot. This section is when Sita comes and sees Rama on Ravana’s throne. Then she asks Mother Earth to take her if shehas been true to Rama. Next a golden throne emerged from the earth, where Sita sat and disappeared into the earth. This plot could be made into a great story for an addition to the portfolio. The Book I decided to read for this assignment was DivineArcher by F.J Gould . The section of the book that drew my attention this week was the section labeled the succession. This is when King Dasharatha was planning on making Rama his successor which his guru urged him to do so quickly. But because Kaikeyi was once granted two wishes, Dasharatha must do what she wishes. Kaikeyi demands that Bharata, Rama’s brother be named the successor and Rama be sent into exile for fourteen years. I chose this story for the story notes because I am thinking of some character changes that could take place to create a story for the portfolio.
